• In addition to his extensive professional experience, Mr. Vinod Goyal has actively contributed to the development of the CA profession through his leadership roles within the ICAI, Surat Branch. He served as a Committee Member from 1995 to 2000, during which he held several key positions Secretary, Vice Chairman & the Chairman (in the year 1998)
• During his tenure as Chairman of the ICAI Surat Branch in 1998, Mr. Vinod Goyal had the distinguished honour of leading the branch to its first-ever recognition as the Best Branch of ICAI in India. • He was a member of Direct Tax Committee for 4 years and is also a Life Member in SGCCI, Chamber of Commerce
• Acted as the President in 1999 & Zone Chairman in 2000 of Lions Club International (a globally recognized service organization committed to humanitarian efforts), Trustee of SURAT SEVA FOUNDATION (providing essential healthcare services to the community) and a Trustee of Lion’s Cancer Detection Centre Trust (which is dedicated to early detection and awareness of cancer, promoting timely diagnosis and intervention).
• He has also made significant contributions to the field of Education and Community development through his long-standing association with AGARWAL SAMAJ VIDYA VIHAR TRUST (a prominent Educational Trust in Surat). He has served as MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER for over 25 consecutive years reflecting his sustained dedication and leadership. Over the years, he has held several key positions within the Trust as a SECRETARY (twice) & positioned as the PRESIDENT (2018-2020) (This trust has flourished and currently runs a CBSE affiliated School with 5500+ students and a college affiliated to VEER NARMAD SOUTH GUJARAT UNIVERSITY serving 2000+ students)

CA AISHWARYA AGARWAL – (ACA, B.COM)

CA Aishwarya Agarwal successfully cleared her Chartered Accountancy examinations in May 2013 on her first attempt. Since then, she has built an impressive career spanning over a decade in the banking industry, having worked with two of India’s leading private sector banks - HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank.

Her roles in these institutions offered extensive exposure across industries, giving her deep insight into the operational and financial dynamics of businesses from the ground up.

She largely possesses a comprehensive understanding of credit and lending functions which includes Retail credit and corporate lending, SME & MSME financing & Wholesale Lending Credit experience which made her understand the business side practically.
